Jennifer A. Borislow, CLUFounding Principal & CEO, Borislow Insurance; Principal, Captivated HealthJennifer Borislow, Founder and Principal of Borislow Insurance, is a past President of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) and an influential voice in the industry. She has been a key contributor to leading associations such as NABIP, NAIFA, and AALU, helping to establish best practices and elevate industry standards. Jennifer’s dedication to mentoring and thought leadership has inspired countless professionals while positioning BI as a trusted leader in the benefits space. In addition, Jennifer currently holds advisory board positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Point32Health, Health Plans Inc., and Mutual of Omaha. Mark also serves as Chair of NABIP’s Delta Task Force and co-authored The American Healthcare Consumer Bill of Rights, a framework for consumer-centric healthcare reform. Amy SabatoVice President, OperationsBorislow Insurance’s Vice President of Operations, Amy Sabato, has been a part of Borislow for nearly two decades. Resourceful and authentic in her work, she is most proud of sharing her knowledge with others through the local SHRM community as she continues to expand her Human Resources expertise. In addition to her work in HR, Amy is always on the job as leader of finance operations. She enjoys working with people as well as making an impact in employees’ lives, and her favorite part of the job is that every day differs from the previous one. Outside of work, Amy is passionate about keeping up with research on multiple sclerosis, as the disease has had a major impact on her family. Bianca SaulVice President, ComplianceBorislow Insurance’s Vice President of Compliance, Bianca Saul, has been helping clients for over a decade now. She was drawn to the industry by a combination of her desire to help employers navigate the complex regulations of national health care reform, her interest in human resources, and her passion for helping people. Bianca enjoys the challenge of staying up to date with the ever-changing regulations that affect employee benefits. She once successfully supported over 150 employers through national healthcare reform implementation, helping them navigate regulations and implementing solutions to meet their goals. Outside of work, Bianca is part of the board of Community Giving Tree, supporting their mission of providing essential items to low-income families in Massachusetts.
